Executing Communication

*1Functions assigned to the external input request 1 to 5 are as follows:

• External input request 1: Zero shift input

• External input request 2: TIMING input

• External input request 3: RESET input

• External input request 4: Standard waveform input

• External input request 5: Laser emission stop input

Refer to the IG series user's manual.

*2 If the judgment value is correct, the parameter range is -99.997 to +99.998.

• When the comparator value is over range, "+99.999" is stored.

• When the comparator value is under range, "-99.999" is stored.

• When the comparator value is invalid, "-99.998" is stored.

• When an error occurs, "+100.000" is stored.

• When reading data from a main unit in which the calculation function is set to 2-

head mode, the read range changes to "-999.99 to +999.99".
